Have you ever allowed a negative, disempowering thought/feeling control you, your actions, and keep you from FULLING LIVING? We all have. It’s time to let go and BE FREE. YOU have the power to choose to say YES or NO to that feeling/thought.

Tips for powerful thinking.
When a negative thought/emotion tries to take over your thoughts and forward progress, be prepared for combat with a power thought that is positive that you can repeat over and over until the thought/feeling vanishes. Continue using this positive thought each time until it strengthens and causes the negative thought to no longer appear.
